Getting work on a regular basis was quite difficult. I was struggling to make ends meet! But thanks to CMC Skills's specialised training, I got a chance to improve my skills as a Shuttering Carpenter. They now call me the 'expert', and I'm getting more demands for work than I can manage; most of them with big companies. It’s great to wake up everyday with the promise of good work.
Coming to big city for a job was a frightening prospect. I had a bit of training as an Electrician, & lacked the skills to scale up from small odd-jobs.
